for some reason my parking brake will not disengage when released... if I roll back or forward I can hear the rears let go. this only happens after the car has been sitting for a awhile not if I just pull on the handle and release. not something I have dealt with before and looking for help... please!

Your bell cranks are probably getting rusted and sticking like mine. I had to take them out and break them loose. Some PB blaster and back and fourth hammer until you can make a clicking noise with the they are so lose. Some anti seize grease and mine are %100 again.
