That's my older setup. Those were nitto terra grappler 285/70/17. In my opinion the duratracs are much more aggressive for an AT tire. If I could do it again I would have gone duratracs from the get go. I needed a change so I went back to stock tire size and ride height. Well actually the front is set at the 2nd setting of beilstein which I think is .85.

The nitto were minimal, hardly there but it's there. The duratracs are a little more pronounced at lower speeds bellow 40mph but on the hwy it seems to be just the same or just a tad more than the nitto. Definitely nothing annoying and with the radio on it goes unnoticed. Nothing near of mud tires.

Looks nice! why did you decide to go back to stock height? Anything you miss about the lift?

I really got tired of the poor MPG and the amount of sway. At this point it's too early to miss the lift. The rig still looks pretty aggressive, hopefully gobi will have a rack for when I get to colorado.

Drove 1,200 miles to colorado. While there I visited gobi racks and got the stealth rack installed

I'd be interested in what it would cost to swap out the SR5/Trail light colored interior panels for the limited's black. Lower dash, door, entire center console, etc.
The limited's solid black interior color scheme is a nicer look than the split light/dark colors in the SR5/Trail, imo.

Agreed, but I really doubt you could do it reasonably cheap. Buying a '14 TE in white is probably more cost effective than an exterior TE swap and an interior Limited swap.
You're right. I agree. It would be some serious $$.
I'm still waiting around for the '14 before I make my choice. What I want (limited's full time 4wd, limited's interior panels, cloth seats, TE exterior) can't be had. Going to wait for the 14s to hit the lot before I decide which compromise to make.
I personally like the 10-13 body style better, based on the pics of the 14 floating around, but I'll reserve final judgement until I see it in person.

Conversion versus buying trail
It is more cost effective to buy parts than shelling out the difference. I basically had to pay tax twice and about 3k in the difference in price when I sold my 11 SR5 privately and upgraded to the 12 TE which totaled about 9k If I could have a redo- I would have bought the TE the first go 'round or done the conversion.

Where are you at in Texas? I'm here in Killeen / Ft Hood....but I'm a Colorado man from years back...and will probably move back to Denver when I retire from the Army in a few short years.
