Finally finished. With having a limited I had to drill extra holes for parking sensors myself. And the sensors work fine. I've seen this question come up in a few posts in another thread or two.

What do you do with the fender liners? Just cut them off?

I bought aftermarket liners from Rock Auto and "pushed/stuffed" them up into the bumper with trimming as needed to have just enough of the liner inside the bumper to prevent it coming out from inside the bumper. Hopefully this makes sense.

Trimming is required to keep them out of sight. You can cut them off completely or trim enough to tuck the edge into the bumper. Either certainly works!

This is an option! Slight trimming and tucking them into the bumper

Thanks for the info guys. Pelfreybilt, I went on the site to check shipping cost. It asked for my zipcode and then gave me an option YRC: $80 and the address to a location shipping company. When I select it I get an error saying "YRC is not a listed shipping option". FYI I'm in Alaska.

[MENTION=78318]RiDE[/MENTION] has done this but with a different aftermarket bumper. I am not sure if the upper grill piece is a single item ( I think it is) so with that and the two 14+ lights you are good to rock n roll. Might not hurt to reach to to Ride for his thoughts. Also if you want help installing let me know and I would buzz down to Rochester, just installed a southern slimline bumper over the holidays and without a second set of hands it would have been tough.

Otherwise, it'll be a BD going in.

I also plan on running a winch. In the instructions it looks like I may need to make some cuts to the bumper. That scares the living daylights out of me and I'll need to do that before powder coating. Does anyone know if I need to cut or drill if I plan to use a Warn 8000-S winch?

Doing a quick search on matoolie's 30" Rigid Single Row, it looks like the widest point is 33" and the housing is 31.5"; however what isn't clear is why the measurement from nut to nut is 33" as well? The BD 30" shows 32.46" at the widest and the housing is 30.47". The Black Oak light you are looking at shows the widest is 33" and the housing is 32". I'm pretty sure that the housing measurement is the only one that matters due to the design of the bracket on the bumper - I would take a tape measure and measure the distance from the inside of the tabs. If it's less than 32", you should be good to go. Otherwise, at least you know the BD and Rigid fit =].

As far as the winch goes, here is a thread where people installed several different model Warns. The mounting bolt pattern on the 8000-S you are looking at is 10"x4.5" which is standard. There should be no drilling required.

Make sure you read up on winches and winching. Operating a winch incorrectly can result in serious injury or death. I found this the other day. I'm not trying to scare you from getting a winch - just want to make sure you are armed with knowledge!

[MENTION=163548]KNorm92[/MENTION] I am running a Warn 8000S in my Pelfreybilt bumper and it fits like a glove. No modifications necessary since it uses a standard bolt pattern.

Grateful for all of the information I have received from everyone thus far.

Bumper showed up this morning - aside from minor scratches and dings (which I was expecting after moving from SoCal to NorCal), the thing looks awesome. Hoping that whatever powder coat place I bring it to can blast out the blemishes easily.

Not super happy it's 10 degrees outside right now. Need a major warm up before I can throw this on.

What winch did you end up with?

I read in this thread, I think, that someone with a smittybilt had fitment issues due to the solenoid on top. I was looking at the 98510 for next upgrade.
