While brand new, they just peel back off, it really isn't that big of an issue. Grab some 3M adhesive remover and clean up. It should be less than a 30 minute job to remove it all.

when I was in the framing business, we used lighter fluid to take tape off of prints. Might work on this as well.

Yeah. Did not soften the paint. Acetone is good for tough removals on a car. Been using it for years to remove adhesives ala clean up after removal of pin stripes ( As always I did test it on a small area first since this is tri coat paint

As somebody in the paint industry I HIGHLY recommend you and others who want longevity from their clear top coat, not abrade it with solvents. Whats next an MEK power wash? :satan:

I would use a detergent free from abrasives to remove glue residue.
