I was thinking the GSP originally but 95 gets me out of Staten Island faster. And thats always a plus.

Looks like 95 is more direct, at least for me anyway. I usually end up taking the GSP on the way home though, just to switch it up a bit.

Yeah, GSP is right by my parents house, gonna hop on that for the way down. Haven't decided if i'm going back to philly afterwards yet, may take 95 home. It's a mystery!

I was going to bring a gas can but now I am thinking it is over kill.

I filled up tonight. That's good enough for me. I'll use at the most 1/4 tank getting down there and another coming back.

I'm about to leave! Just packed up my recovery gear (read: a tow strap) and an extra battery and some other "Oh shit" type stuff. and mostly importantly snacks. and a huge coffee. Can't wait!
