Pine Barrens, NJ: Wheeling and Meet Ups

16th is looking the best for me. Chances are I'd be in Brick on the 15th and spending the night so I would be a lot closer than where I am now.

I swapped in a 2007 fj cruiser suspension with only 1000 miles on it, with 1.5" spacer in the back and 1" budget boost up front. I'm 37 1/4" up front and 38 1/2" in the back now, I got alot more than expected. Rides great, alot firmer, more "truck like". 265/70 terra grapplers too, nothing too extreme, just the finishing touch to get out the minivan zone.

I need rotors up front, so I'll spidertrax while I'm in there. Maybe in the next couple months.

I will actually be in PA for a wedding that weekend. After that I'm off to Italy for a month. Thanks for the shoutout though!
 
Hey all! Tomorrow afternoon wifey and I will be going offroading at Wharton State Forest in central New Jersey. It is a blast by ourselves but think it will be even more fun with company. This is legal offroading that is mostly sand but youtube Jemima Mount as it is a challenging hill!

Is anyone interested in having a great time? We plan to get there around 3:00. Hopefully some takers here!

I wouldn't be able to but maybe others will, make sure you post where you plan on meeting up or where the trail starts. Get some pics too! People seem to get the wheeling craving when they see some pics up. Have fun!
 
Will do. In the process of hammering out some possible dates, also on the fence about making it a 2 or a 3 day trip. I'll start a thread shortly

Anyone want to meet up this Saturday? I'm thinking about cruising through Wharton again or maybe this spot out by Millville but am open to suggestions. Have another Tacoma guy going and maybe a jeeper.
