Congrats. Not too many people able to run stage 6 icon set ups. This coupled with the trail edition options/look is absolutely the best setup for our 4 runners. Enjoy the baddest 4 runner on the road right now.

Have you gone off roading with your setup and fully flexed those fronts? I can almost guarantee you will rub once that wheel is tucked all the way up in the wheel well. My caster is maxed out and I had to body mount chop because I was rubbing once the fronts were fully flexed.

Looks like you set your fronts pretty high, how much lift did you achieve? Also what size tires are you running that you had to chop the body mount? I run 295/65x18 on 18x9 wheel and with caster set at max positive (+5.5~) have no rub issues on the body mount though did have to remove the rubber cover as I did rub on it. Or I should say the trimmed version of the cover got removed on my last wheeling trip :lmao:

Sure have had em stuffed and no rub on the mount but as I said the covers had to go. My caster is: left +6.0, right +5.5

After looking for what appeared to be level ground, it looks like I achieved a little over 8 inches in the rear and 7.5 inches in the front. I am running LT285/70R17 Duratracs. I also trimmed back the body mounts as I was rubbing when fully chocked with some compression. Now I am far from ever rubbing no matter how hard I push it.

those measurements don't signify the amount of lift you achieved, just the space between your tire and the flare.

You should have measured from the ground to the center of the fender, pre-lift and then post-lift to see how much lift you achieved.

Yup pre & post lift from ground to fender is the way to measure. When you said you trimmed unnecessary body mount I guess you meant it :lmao:

Why in your picture of the alignment sheet does it say 2009 4runner? Granted I know they are pretty much similar but c'mon the 5th Gen has been out for 3 years. The alignment shop should have the 5th Gen loaded in their computer.

I just had to have my local Toyota dealer get the "new" specs earlier this year. They gave me the 2009 spec alignment and I pointed that out to the service mgr. Took them a few weeks to get the tech to come in and update it, then they gave me another alignment on the house. The 4th gen vs 5th gen specs are very close, but slightly different.

It was just a general statement. Not specifically telling you that you should get another alignment. I don't recall which specs (caster/camber/toe) were different. I think the Trail KDSS had different specs than the other models too.
