Well there it is. I'm finally home and settled and have everything done to it. Icon stage 5 with metaltech's upper and lower control arms. It's sitting on 285 duratracs with FN countersteers. I wheeled it a few weekends ago and it preformed flawlessly.

So after some thought and research, I had my mind set on getting the Toytec Ultimate 3". However, when I went to the local shop to talk to them about lifting it, they said I should go with the readylift sst 3/2 lift. Are there any complaints about one or the other? I realize they aren't the same style lift, but does one have any considerable downsides?

When I was shopping I figured go local and get a shop to do my lift for me... They pushed the ready lift but when I compared the options, I found the readylift over priced for what you get. I went with the masses and bought Bilstein 5100s and couldn't be happier! I've seen a member or two with the readylift kit, but they're not common. With a little searching you may find them and be able to get some feedback.

What kind of LED light/mount are you running on your truck? Looks good. additional pics would be great though.

We lifted my 4Runner yesterday. By we I actually mean [MENTION=54404]jbstrd[/MENTION] lifted it while I stood by most of time soaking up the information. Though, I did kind of half-ass put on the rear passenger tire, until jbstrd came and took over... lol

Anyhoo, I now have Bilsteins installed all the way around wight he fronts set at 2.5in. Also, the rears have Old Man Emu 895E coils (all ordered from Wheelers OffRoad). I've read that they provide between 1.5-2in. Regrettably, I did not take before measurements or pictures right before. At any rate, I love the height this setup provided I love the ride firmness, quality improvements and control the Bilsteins provide and the OME in the rear provides.

Currently entertaining ideas on which Wheel/Tire or Wheel Spacer setup I want to go with. As you can see they are the stock rims with Goodyear Silent Armor tires.

Crappy pics, I know, no sun in the forecast for Sunny Seattle, so they are the best I could do for now.

Last 4 pictures of the "After measurements", wish I would of thought to get before measurements. Full tank, so that could be why the drivers side is lower than the passenger side. They were all even when checked shortly after the lift and a brief drive/settle period. The front end is lower than the rear by approx. 1in. I like this look better than totally flat even with the rear and much much better than stock rake.

I'm in the same boat as you with the wheels and tires. I'm sticking with the original 265s, but think I'm going to ditch the Mickey Thompsons and go with BFG A/Ts. Depending on the offset of the wheels I go with I may pick up 4 1.25" spacers as well.

Here's a great looking wheel for your truck. He's a member I know, but can't remember who. Sorry!

I'm glad I went with the OME in the rears over the Daystar spacers. While it seems that those who got the spacers loved them, but that after a year or two they are all being removed for various reason. Though, none of which I recall being failure of the spacer. I briefly considered the SAW for the rears, the ones my supplier had were 1 or 1.5 in lift and less firm...I think he OME are OME 895E 260lbs, about 40% more stiff than stock, and there SAW are 213lbs, about 12% more stiff than stock.

That is a great looking Shoreline Blue. I do like those wheels. I'll have to search around a bit to find info on them and see if they are already offset. For now, and probably the next 1-6 months, I'm going to stick with my stock wheels/tires and get the Spidertrax Spacers.

Good luck with which ever route you take.

Thanks. The Konigs are great... Light weight wheel which will offset some of extra weight of LT tires. The offset is 0, but the wheels comes in both 8" & 9" wide. Maybe someone here can confirm whether or not the wider wheel will give you a noticeable difference in stance. What size tires are you going with? 285s on 0 offset will look great. With 265s you may want the Spidertrax.

I just picked my up truck yesterday, I got the toyotec ultimate lift w/UCA's as well as the 285/70/17 Duratracs installed. Pretty psyched about it at the moment. I also took a few pics next to my 3rd generation 4Runner (stock with BFG AT's and a brushguard) for comparison sake.

Saw it on the Toytec fb page. I searched like mad on this forum and I don't think the owner of this '14 is a member. Anyways, I think it's pretty bad ass. The lift and wheels definitely take away from the akwardness of the new front end.
