Thanks I'm happy about the lift rides pretty good for spacer lift. Makes a thud in the back when going over rough spots I ain't figured out why yet it could have always been there honestly. I havnt really took it off road in the 3 weeks I've had it until today.

Haha. Yeah they are. I need some for sure either 275/70 or 285/70 seen some great setups on this website might have to copy somebody's lol. I do love those stealth 6's in black though. Need to shim the carrier bearing or something got a pretty good vibration at about 25 mph just like my tacoma. Any write ups on here about that ?

Live in the Tacoma area. Truck has an Old Man Emu 3" with 285/70/17 BFG KM2. Wheels are ultra 198 bolt 17" with front 1.25" spidertrax. Ran the wheels and tires for awhile without the lift and surprisingly, the thing rubs on the front rear fender worse after the lift and spacer. :frog: This site has sweeter smiliesthan Tacoma World. :fro:

U talking about 5100's for the rear? That's where the thud is at. Are they longer than stock ? Also anyone having drive shaft vibrations after they lifted the rear? Mines from 20-25 mph but below and above that speed everything is fine.

Yes, they're longer. When you added the spacer, you over extended the stock shock. At rest, it's fine, it's when you go over bumps, the problem starts. You need to get longer travel shocks like the 5100's. That will fix the "thud" issue.

I called wheeler off-road today to check on 5100's but they are closed on Friday. So I will order them Monday they had them for $143. Took 4Runner to dealer today so they could check vibes. Told me it was just like the lifted tacoma vibes. They had another 14 with 3/2" kit I the lot. Tech told me with stock tires it had the same issue. He said once they put larger tires and wheels on it stopped. Does this sound like it could work? I believe the tires on it were 265/65/18 terra grapplers which isn't that similar to stock size? I may try some 275/70/17, do any of u believe this could work? Or do u think the tech was just blowing smoke ? Lol

I have the readylift SST 3"/2" kit. It was dealer installed I think it's all they carried at my local dealer.

Oh yeah, I've been there several times. It is only about 45 minutes or so from my house. I really enjoy it. I do the mild trails since I dont have any armor for the hard ones, but they are still fun enough for me.

I'll try to remember to measure them this week. I agree, I like still having soe rake. Don't want saggy butt later down the road!
