btw, are those boots on your rears meant for a 2.0"—not 2.5"—shock? looks like they were stretched to the point of tearing to get them over the shock body. you may also want to let the bottom of the boot hang loose, not so taut that they will retain any gunk/grit that may get in there. that's what ICON told me, anyway.
they fit fine - that isn't a tear its a slit that is made into the boots... I have it zip tied at the top but yea I'll probably pull the bottom part of the boot off the end so the shock can flex .... but im sure it would just slip off otherwise..
Man these ICONs are sick! Just got her home... Raised the front up about 1.5" to level it out... hopefully it will settle a bit...
Hitting road humps at speed is no longer an issue! amazed at how well these things perform. I have everything set to full soft so I need to see how it feels with it turned up a bit.
One weird issue, when I'm stopped and let off the brakes slightly and then stop again, the truck wants to rock forwards and back ever so slightly.... im guessing this is bc of my OEM rear springs? i really dont want to lift it beyond what its at now... anyway not a huge deal!

Have you decided if you are still wanting to sell that bumper? I think it would have a nice future on the front of my rig :second:

Not yet. Going to see how I like it once I get 35s on, and the washer bottle relocated. Though it would be pretty hard to say no if someone was dangling a brand new ARB right infront of me.

I am prolly gunna get flamed for saying this. I believe when you install a higher pressure shock in place of the stock zero pressure shock there is a very slight lift. think about it if you ran zero shocks then picked up by hand in the back you would be able to move it an inch or so. well did you notice how hard those rear shocks were to compress?? when you put this in combination whith a soft rear spring it does bring it up a bit. Now it's not designed to thats just how it works. So basically a high pressure gas shock will not let the springs settle as much as they want due to the high compression rate. I hope what I am saying makes sense. Anyway nice set up........
