Bilstein 6112/5160
Finally upgraded the suspension to Bilsteins 6112/5160 setup. Icon 2" rear coils and Total Chaos UCA. Front set on the 4th perch looks like I will get 2.5" front and 2" rear. Really happy so far and will get on some dirt this weekend. Thanks to [MENTION=117446]CSix[/MENTION] and [MENTION=134226]Split[/MENTION] for their recent reviews...helped get me out of analysis paralysis.

Finished my lift last weekend with the help of a few friends. 5100's 1.75" & 1" cornfed rear spacers. stoked on the look and the ride ! My dog approves

Just got back from the shop. Got the 6112's up front set on the 3rd clip (middle) and 5160's in the rear along with ICON 2 inch springs.
Need your thoughts! Seems like the rear is maybe a little too high? Should have gone 4th clip on the 6112's? Or will the rear settle? :redface:

Looks pretty good as is. Rear might settle a little... Not sure. Just installed the same set up and I'm I the 4th clip on the 6112's. This evening I looked at the truck and thought it might have settled a little.
When I installed the Icon springs, it seamed like the rear was raised by 3"-4". Anyway, looks good!

toytec 2 in. lift on trd with 285/70/17 and 1.25 spacer

Spacers just push the wheels out how ever many inches to adjust the width of the wheel track.
Depending on the offset of the wheels on the vehicle, spacers can help to give a wider, more pushed out look to the wheels and tires if that's what you desire.
No 'need' necessarily, unless your calipers or wheels rub on a UCA, but that's only with certain wheel set ups.
so you can 'look' cool

everyone will say its for a wider track, improved handling, but lets be honest, its for looks. same reason most people lift their vehicles of you see lowered sports cars.... 99% of people do it for looks and not for any other driving benefits.
I dont like sunken in wheels and didnt wanna buy new wheels with better offsets (i kinda like the trdp wheels) so spacers did the job.
