Purchased a 2016 Red SR5 two weeks ago, and I am really digging it! This week I had FWParts install a set of Bilstein 5100s (front and rear - set fronts at 1.75) and Cornfed 1" spacers in the rear. Also installed 255/75/17 KOs (tall skinnies), and also ordered some matte gray FN Pros thru Justin. Also purchased Schrockworks sliders in silver powdercoat thru this forum's group buy; should be here in April-May time frame. I went with silver powdercoat since I'm not a big fan of blacked-out theme, maybe its because I am older (mid fifties), and grew up with chrome and billet! Thinking of adding a rhinorack onto my factory roof rails, I really like that look and function, and I hear that my mileage will not be damaged too bad.

Included is a pic of my 1976 Bronco...money pit, but lots of fun!

Guys I need your help.

I had my lift professionally installed today and I have a squealing sound I'm assuming from the UCAs hitting the coil overs. I did the toytec springs front and back with 5100s all the way around. I read on here of guys doing this lift without replacing the UCA even though it is recommended they still had room in between. What did these guys do wrong??

5100's & springs ? What setting are they on ?

Either they are on the wrong setting, due to lift springs also, or something is installed incorrectly.

Are you 4WD, what do your CV's look like ?

If those are Toytec lift springs 2-1/2"+, you should be on the lowest setting. Spring sets on top of the seat "A". If it's on the lowest setting, check to make sure seat is not upside down, example in pic, between 1st two Struts.

Finally got my lift done. Bilstein 6112s up front, Bilstein 5100s rear with 1" cornfed spacers (maybe go with new springs later).

Thanks! I'm just running Bilstein 5100s set at 2.5" up front with 1.5" Daystars in the rear so nothing too exciting. Stealth Custom Series 6 with BFG KO2s in 275/70.

Also. There is a chance that the shield behind the brake rotor got tweaked a bit and is rubbing on the rotor.

Installed Bilstein 6112's at #6 for the driver side and #5 on the passenger side.
Installed Bilstein 5100's in the rear. Holding off on my Super Flex coils for the rear as I like this for now.

I love when people stop at that thing when exiting Ogden Canyon. Will I would agree that it looks cool it's completely man made. Just thought I would do a friendly ball bust. Are you from Ogden BTW?
