Sorry, I haven't been on in a couple of days, work is a bear. :brick:The ride is so much better, cured the nosedive while braking and handles the sharper turns nicely. You will not be disappointed with this lift/suspension upgrade. Mike is excellent to deal with, will answer any questions you ave and if you have anything special you are looking at, he will be happy to give you advice on the recommended set up.

I hear ya. I live in SoFla and will never do off road stuff but the Ive already gone down to my local shop to price out all the options I can get.

You'll regret a 3" spacer. It'll ride like a tank, trust me, made that mistake when I lifted my Tacoma. Save up and but the ToyTec Ultimate or Boss kit.

Agreed, spacer lift 4" tuff country UCA lift rode like a tank until I replaced all struts with 5100's and replaced front spring with the TRD stock coils, which is basically the same coil as the B86112 leveling kit. Spring rates of the sr5 coils did not match up well with the damping of the 5100's. there was another thread that indicated the springs in the B86112 kit are the same as TRD platform, this I don't know for sure but it helped. Now to tackle the driveline issues...

Looks great. I had a 2011 FJ with a Toytec kit on it as well. Where in VA are you located? Midlothian,Chesterfield,Richmond here.
My new to me 14 TE. My previous build was an 08 FJ with a Toytec Ultimate lift....loved that vehicle and the lift, but it was getting small (and old, lol).
I went with the Bilstein 5100 kit this time to save a few bucks. So far I'm pleased. I got the ride height and reduction of nose dive I expected from the Toytec kit. 255 80 17 ST Maxxs are in the near future. JBA UCAs will be here today.
I figured I'd post a pic of it with the OEM sized tires so guys that were in my shoes can see what it looks like prior to being able to get new rubber, lol.

You're not at 4" up front on your 4Runner are you? 3" is absolute max unless you drop the frame down otherwise your CV angles are going to be insane and your shafts wont last long.

Very similar to mine, except I got the ToyTec super flex rear coils and set my 6112s at 5 on the driver and 6 on the passenger. Looken good :clap2:

These are the coilover assemblies from Toytec. They come preset for about 3" of lift. They have settled a bit over the last week or so.

Rides great, This is how the 4Runner should've came from the factory. I want 285's now :thumb:
No more nose dive, eats up potholes and curbs at the mall like kobayashi. I forgot to add that I have 700 lbs springs up front. I'm gonna add the C4 lo pro bumper, winch and RCI full steel skids.
