Got the icon Stage 6 installed today. I also ditched the black SCS wheels in place of a new set of Bronze SCS wheels.

For you Icon guys, how are you getting your trucks leveled? Front left and front right and near perfectly level, but my driver rear corner is a full inch lower than the passenger rear corner.

Icon suggested lowering the front passenger corner to bring the driver rear corner up, but 1" seems like a lot to balance that out.

Looks great, I love those wheels. As for leveling, give it a little while to settle out, maybe 1000 or so miles. Measure again and wee where you're at. You can buy small spacers to level the rear if need be. If you need a custom height spacer made, send me a PM

Awesome! Thanks for the help. Like I stated above, if it were like a 1/2 inch, I could see possible leveling it out by dropping the front passenger corner, but man, 1" is a big difference I feel like.

I agree and it will likely settle out some but I duno about 1" When you take your final measurements, make sure you're on level ground with a full tank of gas. Gas tank is on the DS That will get you as accurate a measurement as possible.

Thank ya sir... hey quick question. Let's just say it didn't drop anymore at all on that corner. In the world of spacers, does a 1" spacer equate to 1" of lift? Or would I want to go with like a 1/2 or 3/4 spacer to get to 1" of total lift.

When it comes to preload spacers that go between the coil spring and top hat and add pre load to the coil, that opens up another can of worms lol. The only spacers I use are from Cornfed and I sell them and can provide you with an individual spacer made to any thickness you want (within reason of course) so you don't waste $ on a pair just to throw the other one the shelf and never use it. If it comes down to that, let me know!

For any of you Icon owners. My Icon's have developed a very bad creaking sound on the up/down travel in the front. Hearing it on bumps, uneven roads, and when braking or accelerating. I'm not sure, but my guess is maybe its the new control arms. The shop may not have properly greased them.

Anyone else experience this and if so, what did you find to be the problem? If I pump the brakes and get the front suspension "bouncing", it sounds about like a squeaky bed in the "boom boom room" :biggrin1:

What control arms are you running? It could be the arms, it could be they tightened everything up on the lift and not at ride height so bushings are binding, it could be they didn't torque anything correctly.

Yeah those are really nice arms. I would say you have an install issue. I would take it back and have them fix it. That's what you paid for.

Looks great. Qs: did you remove or black out the OEM center caps. Looks really good like that. Also which spacer/packer did you install. I've got a bad case of the lean, so looking at all possible solutions. TIA.

I removed the center caps and scuffed and painted the rear hubs with high heat black paint. The fronts have an OEM cap on the hub. As far as the spacer, the front was a 1/4" aluminum top hat spacer from Wheeler's. The rear was OME 10mm trim packer. Hope this helps.

Hey I can finally post here!

After 2-3 years of kicking the can down the street I finally bought myself some Bilstien 5100s for Christmas. Originally planned to just level it out with the fronts at the 0.85" setting. But once I started taking everything apart I decided to say screw it and go a little bigger. Ended up using the 1.75" setting up front and 1.5" Cornfed spacers in the rear. Tires are 275/70R17 KO2s that Ive had on for a little over a year. Love the way she sits now. Got a tad over 2" of lift up front from the Bilsteins and 1.5" in the rear from the spacers.
