Nice ride errant. What was your total lift? Did you happen to take any measurements before and after?

Front was originally at 20 3/4 from hub to fender and I adjusted it to 23 1/2 (the full 3 inches almost maxed the a arm extension .. had to back it off to a 2 3/4 inch lift in the front to get some of the stiffness out and be able to align to 0 degree camber). Rears were originally 21 3/4 hub to fender and they ended up at 24 1/4 (2 1/2 inch lift).

By the way, the tires still rubbed at the full 3" lift too ... so it didn't matter that I had to adjust the front to 2 3/4 " of total lift.

What do you have the front coils set at ? Do you think so much rubbing is coming from the 17x9 wheels ? Looks tough !!

I've done about everything short of cutting the front fenderwells and can't stop the rubbing. I've heated and mashed in the front half of the fenderwells at least 2 inches. The outer edge of the duratracs is really aggressive and I think that's the issue. No problem inside the wheel or in the back half ... only the outer edge contacting the front part of the fenderwell when steering inward (ie. turn right and driver's side rubs). Not really an issue moving forward ... but reverse makes a hell of a racket!!

Wish I had the specs on the 17x9 XD Hoss ... not sure if there were different offsets/backspacing available and maybe I ended up with the wrong one?

Toytec spacer kit...

2" front and 1.5" rear Toytech spacers...solid start...next year I will be spending the big bucks on a quality setup. For now, this works great for the beach.

Okay, so I wanted to get the pictures up even though I am still working out some kinks in the setup. My other post lists the problems, but at this point I am fairly certain it all centers around the ABS lines. I think they got damaged on install. Either way the truck still looks mean. The shop installed a high-flow exhaust and rerouted the exit as well, so I included a pic of the new side exit exhaust. As previously stated, this is my self dubbed Icon 1.5 kit. I have the remote reservoirs up front (required minor modification to mount properly) and the piggy backs in the rear. I was going to go with Goodyear Duratracs, but I am impatient and when I was in the shop for the alignment they had a set of BFG Rugged Terrains in 285. They looked like a good alternative to the Duratracs, carry a 50,000 mile warranty, and the owner said they handle pretty well in the terrain that I will be tackling. Don't get me wrong, I love the Goodyear M/T. I had them on my Jeep... AMAZING tires, I just wanted to have better on road handling since that is the majority of my driving. The pics are chronological starting with a before shot. Enjoy.

hpower1: What settings do you have the Bilsteins set on? Also what rear coils did you go with? Any issues with the install? Finally what does a setup like this run including labor?

Beautiful! What tint is that? Did you just match the rears or go darker all the way around?
