Question on 5th Gen Wheels

I found a good deal on some essentially new 2020 5th Gen wheels (see attached) to replace my 2008 SR5 wheels.

My question is will these wheels provide any additional stance width? I think they are 15mm offset vs. the 30mm 4th gen wheel, but I am not sure how this transfers to real life.

Any experiences would be helpful!

Are we totally sure that 5th Gen 17" wheels are perfectly compatible with 4th Gen?
