R RPS13 New member Nov 6, 2015 #23 You've got to convert the rust before covering it. Otherwise it'll still corrode with the smallest amount of oxygen. Eastwood makes some good spray for the inside of framerails etc. from what I hear. I don't have any personal experience... because rust-free Texas.
