replacing a 3.0 v6 with a 3.4 v6...any thoughts?

My 3.0 is getting a bit long in the tooth and after reading what people have to say about the 3VZE it sounds like a 3.4 may be a better upgrade.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
I've gone through the search options and haven't found much.

Do a search here, I remember reading some time back about a guy doing just such a thing.
Also on yotatech there is a guy who is pretty deep into a swap with lots of details and pics. Good luck and keep us posted what you decide to do!
