Reset to delete Entune web apps...???

How did you guys "reset" the radio? Is it a sequence of physical buttons on the radio that need to be pressed, or is it an option somewhere on the settings menu? I searched the forum, and Googled some sort of tutorial on this, but nothing.

I want to know how to remove the web apps (pandora, slacker, etc) from Entune? I only ever use Satellite, CD and Bluetooth.

I've already deleted my Entune Apps account, and removed the app from my phone. Just missing on how to reset the radio.

you can't

just rearrange them so the ones you don't use are on the second page
