And I would gave gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling kids... Actually, I think it would have worked perfectly if my alignment utilized the full adjustability of the UCASs.

I did really like the heat gun plastic trim reshaping vs. Cutting and patching the trim. So thanks for that. That, and it seems this forum has caused me to buy more and more tools and mod gear. It has turned into an arms race of sorts. LOL.

Right on. These SPCs offer a lot of adjustability, so they should be able to bring the wheels forward enough to clear just fine. A lot of others have run this set up, [MENTION=112927]Big Fish[/MENTION] All Day runs SPC Lucas I believe as well as similar wheels with the larger 295 KO2s.. Actually... I think he has a .5" or 1" BL... But still, it should be fine.

Find a good alignment shop and take it to them. I'm running 295/70r17(33.3) and I beat and ground the shit out of my front rear well. Still rubbed. I ground even more. Still rubbed. I took my rig into a buddy and he moved the SPC position to E. Got everything aligned within spec(or VERY close). It tracks straight, drives great, and doesn't rub on the rears anymore. It does rub on the washer bottle slightly at full compression and lock but there's a Sonora Steel washer relocate kit in my garage waiting to be installed.

More tools is a good thing.It enables you. I carry enough tools to pretty much rebuild a 4Runner anytime I go out wheeling.

I rub my washer bottle with my skinny 33's, not bad, but I noticed the witness marks on the protection plate over it after my Colorado trip. I want to relocate it, but the SS kit seems to block access to the headlight bulb.

Hahahaha... you got me! Test fit, Saturday. Powder coat, next week, then mount to follow. It has been killing me seeing it sit there. But this is the height of the busy season at work, so I get in, where I got in. LOL.

My plan is about the same. Get bumper, paint bumper, install bumper. That could end up taking a day or a month depending on life. Savage told me 2-3 weeks till it's ready. If they turn it that fast I will be amazed.

I wish my job had a busy/slow season but it's always busy. OT anytime you want it. Luckily, my boss doesn't make anyone work OT if they don't want to so I can usually keep weekends free.

That bumper is going to be awesome and sounds like it will be perfect for you. Besides the departure angle, I think it will be a way easier install. From what I gather, the bumper rests on the frame rails, in place, for you to work around. Two swing outs?! That's going to be badass!

Update 07/15/17. Whoohoo!!

So, I loaded up my truck full of parts and headed over to my buddy's place to see what all we could get done.

-4X Innovations rear swing out test fit, done!
-Sonoran Steel solid rear body mounts, installed!
-OME 861 rear springs with cones, installed!
-Hella Supertone horns, installed!
-Warn m8000 winch, installed!
-Fuel filter, changed(OEM)!

Bumper will be dropped off for powder coating Monday morning. I still have a few things to do for next time. I was going to add a Blue Sea fuse box to clean up my electrical needs. I still need to mount my ARB twin air compressor, (probably rear cargo storage, 99% sure), as well as mount my PIAA crystal ion fog lights up front.

I want to if the added weight up front and the weight of the rear bumper changes my overall height. I may crank up the front coils a bit. Once that is done, I want to find a REAL alignment shop that can incorporate my SPC Light Racing UCAs into the mix to ensure better wheel travel clearance and kick the tire rub to the curb.

Well... that's about it for now.

Oh... That 4X Innovations bumper was NOT fun loading up by myself this morning. Maybe I should have had a V8 today.

The only damage I saw to the bumper was one of the small butterfly latches got bent in shipping, as well as the table hinge got a tiny bit tweaked. The hinge got tapped back in place, but I may call 4X and see about getting a new butterfly table latch. This thing will be all kinds of bad ass!

I was gonna do my body mounts today but it was 104 in my garage. I passed. It's on tomorrows list along with the bump stops.

Can you get the 861's hub to fender height for me once the bumper and tire go on please.

I actually had to remove my drivers side factory horn to make the trans cooler and fan fit. It's sounds even wimpier now. Luckily, my middle finger still works. lol

You sprung for the Warn. Nice man. I'm a cheap ass and went Engo.

How many miles on that filter? Mine had 230,000 and was still working when I swapped it. The filter material actually didn't look to bad considering.

I word of advice on the blue sea box. I went with the 12+ 12- box figuring know way in hell would I ever use it all. So far I'm using 9 of 12. Get the 12 gang box. lol

Rigs coming along really well. Congrats on getting that all knocked out today.

Yeah, I am glad it worked out too. It was super nice out today. It was kind of a shame to be in a garage, but, the work isn't going to do itself.

104 is WAY to hot for me these days, lol.. I will be happy to get you some measurements once I get the bumper back and installed. So far the 861s feel fine. I have the bumper inside, but they feel smooth to me. I have the same amount if filling I left the house with tonight.

I think one of my horns had stopped working so these are JUST what the doctor ordered. I am looking forward to bringing some Prius driver's back into the real world with those Hellas. I feel a bit safer now. They make me laugh at how stupid loud they are. And that's saying a lot as I play drums in a loud band. LOL.

The only reason I ended up with a Warn was because there was pretty good black Friday sale and no sales tax.i could have stuck with my Superwinch and been happy, but it arrived all torn up and then there was a sweet sale on the Warn.

The filter, as far as I know had 215K on it. I think I am idling lower now for some reason, about 500 rpms.

For the Blue Sea fuse box, I have a 12, but I need to grab a few more items to do it right. Working on it.

I have no idea why I thought that was a good idea. I just picked up, set the corner on a piece of cardboard, and layed the bumper against the rear cargo, picked up the ground corner, and slid it in. It almost did not fit.

As for sent instructions, I didn't get actual bumper instructions, only the swing out and whatnot. But the bumper itself is fairly straightforward.

Once I get the bumper sorted, I will have a few odds and ends, but that is most of the major stuff for the foreseeable future. I really liked your write ups on the rally you went to. I would love to hit up some of those classes you went to. The driving with both feet to make up for not having a locker sounds pretty cool.
