Mikey, for reference, besides screwing the whole thing together, I also used ¼" wood dowels, which you can see in post #137 and wood glue. THis thing is NOT coming apart.

Yeah that's how I have mine being held down. Squeaks like hell so I might find a way to bolt it to the floor on the inside out f the box. Then I could put the CO2 bottle on the side. Hmmmm

Such an awesome build! How do you like those Ruff Tuff seat covers? I was thinking of getting something like that to protect the rear bench from the pup, but those Ruff Tuff's may be a little too spendy for us.

They were definitely a little costly. I am impressed by the quality and fit. I am glad I got them, they will probably last as long as the a Runner.

Today, a freight truck arrived with a nice delivery that should drastically hamper gas mileage even further. Although been averaging 15 to 16 mpg in the current state.

Been too busy at work to have time to take a picture and post an update. They joys of responsibility, that and prepping for a building final for turn over to a client.

After waiting, oh, about 10 months, you can now assume what was delivered by that info alone.

A Drabbits rack. Hoping to install (at work) Thursday, since I have plenty of help here.

Ordered these Pit Posse tie down rails about a month ago, just got around to installing them and cutting the carpet tile to fit.

So you're saying plasti-dip, a gobi rack, and an LED bar aren't the first things to do?

I wish some people would just read threads instead of asking some of the questions that are asked. I went through the stickies, book marked all the builds I liked, read through each one and then searched each product / vendor, Googled tons of stuff.

There's not many of us left that feel we are not "entitled" to just demand the answer from someone else and actually don't mind putting in the work ourselves. My job, shoot, my whole life revolves around me being the one to find answers because many times, the only answers will be the ones I come up with!

Busy weekend this past weekend. The list of work that I wanted to get done was,

1. Change Oil
2. Change Diff Oil
3. Modify Gas Tank Skid Plate
4. Install Lower Link Mount Armor
5. Install Stud for Front Skid Mounting

Only thing I didn't get to was diff oil. So it started out by removing all of the skids to change the oil. What a pain in the ass. Then on the the oil change referencing Antman's helpful thread. Noticed that my one free oil change at the dealer meant no more index tab on the filter cover so had to fake that one.

Next was modifying the read inside mount for the gas tank skid. I had noticed that the drive line flange was rubbing on the mount / bolt. wfo9 had this issue a while back. So I broke out the sawzall and started hacking. THen welded in the mount about an inch back. Should be good now.
