Rotated tires-now pulls to side and steering wheel shakes

2013 SR5 with 25000 miles. OEM tires.

Rotated tires yesterday-front to back/back to front just as the manual and dealership instructed and now wife says it pulls to the side and steering wheel shakes.

I recall when rolling the front passenger tire to the rear, it did NOT track staight so I'm wondering if this is just a typical wear/use issue.

I've kept up with maintenance and rotating the tires. I believe this is 3rd or 4th time. This is just the first time Ive done it personally-not the dealership.

Will an alignment fix this or is it something more???

you've got a bad tire. its separating. the tread is coming off the carcass.
get it to competent a tire shop to confirm, then get the offending tire replaced.

The vibration is because your tires need to be rebalanced. The pull right after rotation is somewhat typical for aggressive terrain tires, but not for OEM highway terrain tires that have been rotated frequently. Check for abnormal wear. I doubt you have tread separation as previously suggested.
