Rubbing question

About to order my Fuel wheels with 275/70 18 Terra grapplers. I dont have a lift yet, dont really want one either. Will the rubbing be resolved simply by doing the fender mod? I have garage height limitations and even if i do lift it, it wont be higher than 2".
