I don't think [MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION] was referring to [MENTION=136526]TonyMontana[/MENTION], I could be wrong. What I think he was trying to say is that a truck with fender flares, stick-on hood vents, and flame decals are typical pavement princess.
I personally like the look of the fender flares but I don't want or need the extra width.

I don't care. I never took it that way. We are all adults here and have our own opinions. And besides, I live in a part of Montana where there are no malls to crawl within 90 miles. I would probably have to drive some fire roads to get to the mall anyway. So, maybe [MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION] was right since I maybe go to the mall once a year.

Question for LawnDart or anyone else:
I'd like to snag one of these eventually, but don't have the money right now. I understand that this is likely to stop being produced -- do you know if that's anytime soon? Do I need to get in on the second or third rounds of orders to get one or else I miss out?
Probably won't be able to snag one of these until Christmas at the earliest, so kind of worried about this being a limited run and how limited it really is.

It won't go out of production, but it won't be produced as part of their regular production cycles as often, so quantity will taper off, but not disappear.

Even if you ordered today I'm not sure if you would be in on the second batch. Not sure how many they are sending the second time around. I pre-ordered mine through Sierra Expedition on Feb. 16th. They have an ETA listed on their website of 6-8 weeks from Feb 10th. I called them the other day and they don't have an updated ETA. He was able to tell me I am 37th on his list.

Bah, I was on the very tail end of the first batch Sierra Expeditions got in but decided to wait for the second round as I had the fun of getting hit with a sewer line replacement and [minor] surgery for my younger son. So someone from the round two group owes me a beer for the slot upgrade. I've been okay with the wait but these recent photos aren't making it easy!

I just got an email for my Snorkel order, stating that I'm not getting it.
I placed my our order and paid in-full in mid-January for the part from the first batch, and back then it was confirmed mine is on the first shipment. Apparently based on the information I got now, ARB have decided to honor businesses with multiple items on order first rather then smaller businesses deals and individual orders, so they just push me to the next available spot, which is not defined to me yet.
This is kind of double standards treatment I wasn't expected to receive from such business as ARB. What interesting is that I didn't receive any communication about such matter from the time of the order till tonight. I only found this, because I start worrying about my part as seems like everybody already receiving Snorkels and I'm still waiting for mine. I'm disappointed.
Long story short, someone may receiving the Snorkel which I was looking to get...while I'm waiting for details on when mine would be available...

Who did you order from? Seems weird to prepay and not get it. Distributors reneging on their dealers is uncommon no matter the size of the order. Dunno, seems like maybe the retailer dropped the ball and now they're passing the buck.

I have originally placed the order with Sierra Expeditions, but then got a deal from North Shore Offroad. It was slightly better from cross-boarding perspective and North Shore is an official ARB dealer in Canada. After getting confirmation that I'm still on the first batch I gave up my spot at Sierra for next in line customer. I have been ordering from North Shore Offroad previously and always had great customer service.
