Thanks to all the advice on this site...Im pulling the trigger on an 08 V8 Limited. That said i know a few mods i want to make right off the bat...and i was hoping to get some help on where best to get what i need.
1...running boards. i want to swap out for the something metal/tubular. more like those coming with the Sport Edition. Is Nerf bar the brand everyone is buying? altho i keep seeing some on this site that have a tighter/snugger fit.
2...roof rack. is it possible to swap mine for the tubular one that comes with ...again... the Sport Edition? Can those be bought aftermarket?
3...headlight housing. I have seen these great looking blacked out headlights. Gaterose has them. Can they be bought that way? or only a DIY project?
4...knob shifter. where can I find a simple brushed steel shifter? no leather. no plastic.
I am open to any further mod suggestion as well.
