Should I *gasp* trade for a Sequoia?`

Have you looked at a CPO GX460? You get a lot of your wants without the too big for trail size.

I have thought about that as well, just haven't looked. This all popped up out of nowhere when the dealership took in that Sequoia. I have been toying with getting a Tundra for a month or so after seeing the Forest River Surveyor, but nothing came of it.

Is it an independent rear or solid axle. The pics I have seen look to be independent. That could be a quick deal killer, I do not want a car.

Yup, the current gen Sequoia has independent rear suspension. I agree with the others who said if you want to upgrade go with the LC or a Lexus GX.

Looks like they also have a new Tundra Limited Crewmax coming in with 20k on it. Another CPO, maybe a much better option. I cannot bring myself to say yes to the new Sequoia after researching.

I am a bit young (hopefully) for a midlife crisis. I do not fully understand what you are saying, perhaps two hours of the political debate is causing that?

either get a land cruiser or stick with the 4runner and make things work.

I Picked up a Platinum Sequoia

Above is a quote of the camper weight, and another of other toys coming. Add in a three horse slant with at least one gelding and you quickly eat up the 5k limit and/or available power.

I have a Dodge Cummins to tow my toy Hauler, a 4Runner TE for hunting and off road and a Sequoia Platimun for trips with the family or a night out on the town. The Sequoia is hands down nicest Suv I have ever driven. I have driven the Tahoe, Suburban, Infinity. Oh wait, my Bros 11 Land Cruiser loaded up with ARB air lockers, front and rear bumpers w/winch and OME is the nicest SUV I have ever driven. My bad!

If I were to purchase a domestic it would be another Ford diesel. I won't do that though as I know the owner of Avondale Toyota and he always takes great care of me.
