ive stop driving it do to needing some steering rack work bj's etc ive got 2 vehicles and really no where to put the 4runner... i cant see it being worth much being it has 200k and needs maybe some motor work i love the truck alot and enjoy driving it to the store once and awhile

If it's paid off then I think you might as well keep it. Since you have another vehicle to drive make the repairs as you can. No need to do everything at once.

ya its been paid for for awhile wish i had a empty shop or something its been just getting moved around the house storage unit is like 90 bucks a month no thanks

You have a nice stable without it for sure. If you have the space it maybe a nice project to work on, gathering parts along the way. You're think'in right with the value if it needs engine work. However, the rarity of the options will bring a better price as is or fixed up. Good luck with your decision.

Elton,

For one I would be sad to see ya go, but if the 4runner is costing you more out of pocket a month than you get out of it, and you aren't sitting on a pile of gold, then by all means put it up for sale.

I kinda saw this coming.....haven't seen you post as much lately.....I personally would keep it. My plan, should things work out that is, is to purchase a Newer Gen Taco, use it as my DD, and keeping the 4Runner as my Sunday Cruiser / Summer Vehicle.

However, I too don't have much room in the yard to store it, so don't really know how I'm going to pull that off, without parking one of the vehicles on the street. In the winter months, I might just park it at my Dad's place....he's got a 64 acre farm.....

You've got quite a good amound of money invested into the truck, and eventhough it needs engine work, it can still be a very reliable vehicle once it's repaired.....

Good luck with your decision man........

Bing Bada Boom .......that was quick

It's a nice foundation to build upon.

Good luck..........Regards 8sm
