Someone broke into my car..

Haha yah, I swear I wish I could have woken up at the same time that person was robbing my car, I would've given him a facelift. Dislocated some face bones or something..

I'm over it though, working a lot more though now, my plan is to finish half of my sstem, I've got knukonceptz amp wires and JL xr650csi components on me right now. I just need the amplifer and like $200 for installation at Motor Music on Mission at Daly City, by Century 20 if you know Uneek. They do a good job I heard. I know its kind of expensive, but for some reason, I think I prefer going with motor music instead of other places, do you know any good shops uneek?

Once I get my speakers + amplifer set up, I'm going to get a new ipod video, then from there I'm getting ym sub. Might be awhile though, 1-2 months and I should have all this. Then I got to probably work on an alarm or performance modifications.

You can try BayCar Stereo over on Geary and 3rd, near SF Toyota. My uncle had his alarm put in by them, they seem to be pretty good. He's the type who would research places until one that he believes is reputable.

MachIII out over on Ocean Ave, I've heard mix things about. Some say they're good, and others say they're ok at best.

Motor Music, a friend of mine gone there before. They seem to be easy going people, they sold him a Apline connection for his TL to use with the iPod and CD changer but end up not working and the took it back without much hassle. I know most places would probably refuse to take it back.

I'm not a huge audiophile. I like hearing music from good sound systems, but I've never invested beyond the factory upgraded audio. One of the big reasons is theft, we had a few cars broken into one twice for the stereo.

Yah thanks for the help. My friend took me to Motor Music, really laid back guys who are willing to help. They will install it even if you buy it off ebay. I might stop by BayCAr Stereo on Geary today, I'm working on California and Laurel and I need to head back that way anyways. Where is MachIII? Closer by City college or closer to like Blockbuster, I never remember seeing MachIII before..

Where is MachIII? Closer by City college or closer to like Blockbuster, I never remember seeing MachIII before..

MachIII is about 2 or 3 blocks past Blockbuster on Ocean. You go down Ocean towards City College, BB on your left & Chevron (on opposite corner) on your right. Drive down about 2 blocks, MachIII is on your right. Should be easy to see since they always have custom rims displayed in their windows all the time. I pass by there everyday coming from my parents house after dropping off my daughter. They sell other stuff to like exhausts, accessories, etc.

Bay Car Alarm installed my alarm for my old Acura. They did nice work. While your waiting you can also have lunch at Ichi Raku on Geary & 6th - pretty good Japanese food. It's literally right across the Toyota dealer.

I'm pretty sure Mach III did stereo, I know alarms for sure. Two friends of mine got theirs done through Mach III. I'd figure anyone who does alarms does stereos. Maybe that's wrong. ASP out on Mission (top of the hill) does pretty good work too, but I think they're pretty expensive, if I recall.

This is why I love living in Texas... If somebody breaks into my vehicle, I have a right to shoot them.

With a concealed carry permit, I can legally carry a loaded weapon on me at all times... It's nice because the "thugs" never know when they'll try to jump somebody who may just have the ability to drop them dead in their tracks. Crime still happens, but doesn't seem to be as bad as it is where you guys are.

Also, the thieves always go to the nicer neighborhoods to steal things. There isn't as much 'nice stuff' to steal in the ghetto where they live.
