How do you like your set-up with the. 5100s/eibachs and superflex/5100s? This really seems to be the lift for me, so I'd love to hear your experience with it so far, both on and off road? I too am coming from a spacer lift (revtek) so the change should be comparable if not exactly the same. Thanks!

This setup is awesome and one of the really nice things about it is driving at a somewhat fast speed over rough terrain it's like driving on smooth concrete, it's trippy how smooth it is. Also the only thing I didn't think about was how far the rear would flex so I had to buy a extended rear brake line because the stock one was getting stretched waaaaay to far. Also it literally ripped off my rear sway bar which is fine with me, I can't tell the difference really (it's not a sports car anyway).
I'd recommend the setup highly. I don't really have anything negitive to say about it, the ride is pretty nice and functions awesomely off-road.

Also got to do a little camping/trail cruising and took my bro in laws new to him 4th gen:

We both slept in our respective t4r's, got down to like 22*

My grill was resting/smashed up between the hood and winch. The grill ended up popping out of a couple of its mounts. So I said f that, I'll just bust out the dremel. I cut it and sanded a little bit, gonna clean it up a little more and bust out some touch up paint:

Awesome. That's exactly what I needed to hear to help me pull the trigger. I thought about the ultimate or boss kits, but for over $400 cheaper your setup makes more sense for me. Thanks for letting me know about the extended brake line and sway bar...will keep that in mind. One more question, do you keep the front 5100's at the 0 setting? I assume so since the springs should provide 3" of lift, but just curious. Thanks again.

No problem man, and I did the math just like you. I was looking at the complete kit which seemed nice but then I realized I really wanted the superflex rear springs and it actually ended up cheaper peicing it all together myself. And yeah it's on the 0 setting. Good luck on your new set-up, you'll like it.

Did the poor mans hi lift mount today. I'm just happy it's out of the cabin and secure. The lift is actually surprisingly solid, I can grab the hi lift and it try to shake it and the 4runner sways side to side. Cost me all of 7 bucks at Home Depot. So far I dig it and hopefully it'll last. :banana:

Thanks, that is the stock skid lulz, people ask me about it and where I got it. People think its aftermarket which makes me laugh. One day I'll get some savages or budbilts but for now it works, lots of scrapes and a couple holes still gets the job done.

It doesn't look aftermarket to me, other than the color that is. I feel ya though, i'm thinking budbuilt when i'm ready, maybe some lil skips. We'll see.

Did the deckplate "mod" today. Been surfing the site for awhile and after seeing all the t4r guys doing it I figured is give its shot. 10 bucks later here we are. I was surprised how well it turned out, the dremel kicked ass. It has a bit more of a throaty tone to it, I figure even if I get 1hp out of this I'm happy.

Saw a 2nd gen at the gym so I parked next to it.

Yeah so far it's been secure and I can't complain, I think I spent 6 bucks total. I bought (2) half inch bolts and some washers, lock washers and wing nuts. Got to go on a little wheeling trip this last Saturday. Lots of fun, snow and good times. Hit the hill with [MENTION=91623]CenCalifoothill15[/MENTION] and had a blast.
