Split Fuse Block Help!

I have searched and cannot seem to find my answer. I have a Blue Sea 12 circuit split fuse block with Neg (5032). I installed it and ran power through a 100A circuit breaker to the 24 hr circuits. I just don't know the correct way to hook up the other 6 accessory circuits. I know this is probably a very basic question so I appreciate your patience. I am smart enough to realize that I am not smart enough obviously to figure this out. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks all.

The "A+" Terminal can go directly to the battery (fused)

The "B+"Terminal can go to a circuit that is hot with the ignition only, or (if you plan on using all 6 of the circuits) you should attach it to a relay that sources its power directly from the battery, switched from an ignition source.
