Still NO HEAT... after air mix servo change...

Hi.

Hope someone could help me with my 1999 4runner limited.

10 months ago, the clicking noise started as soon as I turned up the heat. It came from the front passenger left foot area. Soon after, the air coming from the register was not hot at all.

Research on this awesome site shows that the clicking came from the worn gear on the air mix servo motor #2. I removed the servo motor and the disassembly showed the gear had in fact lost the teeth. Got the exact part ordered and replaced it in the truck. Still no heat!

I tested it by plugging it in (without mounting it ) to see if the arm moves as I increase the temp, it did not.

Is there anything else that I missed in the process? The a/c works fine btw.

try backflushing the heater hoses.

Unfortunately I am not that tech savvy.

D you think that the actuator arm on the servo motor not moving to be a prob?
I am trying to get a list of things that I could look into first before going to the engine compartment ...
