Stock suspension with 200lbs winch bumper concerns..

Alright, so I ordered a Shrockworks winch bumper for my limited 96 4runner and im still running with my stock suspension that I have had for about 80,000 miles. My concern here is that i have noticed that the suspension on my 4runner is really soft and I was thinking that once I install my 200lbs bumper, would it make the front of my car dip down dramatically or not at all?? I also got new Goodyear wrangler Duratrac tires for my 4runner as well, but I don't think that would help my predicament here.

You won't know 100% til you actually mount it, but my guess is yes there will be some front sag.

It is most certainly going to affect everything from brake dive to headlight alignment.
Granted it's not an extreme amount of weight, but it's in a spot not doing anybody any favors.

I'm not a doctor, but if you aren't going to go for all-new suspension to complement the additions,
I would at least trim pack the front and upgrade to some higher rate dampers.
