Survival Bracelets (7 Strand - 550 Paracord)

Hey guys, well i've been getting a lot of requests from people at work and friends about my survival bracelets... So i figured i'd see if any of you guys would want one. I know they are available at other places and online but the difference in my product is that it is all handmade exactly how you would like and in the color/size you choose. If anyone is interested in one of these please let me know...

Colors Available: Black, Red, Royal Blue, Yellow, Purple, Orange, OD Green, Coyote Brown (Tan), White, Hot Pink, Black Reflective Tracer, and Charcoal Grey

If you would like a bracelet, measure the size of your wrist (measurement should be snug around your wrist not tight or loose). Each bracelet will have approximately 7-14' of cord. This is dependent upon if you would like the double layer which will be wider and thicker.

All colors are not always in stock!! But i will do what I can to get it in a timely manner. Bracelets are also made to order currently, so please allow time for me to get the supplies in and craft the bracelet if it is a color I do not have in stock.

I have plastic buckles on all the bracelets pictured but if the D-ring shackle is preferred i can do that also. (Please note the shackles must be screwed on and off which is inconvenient for the user)

If I had known that you make these, I would have bought one from you, I got one of the Wounded Warriors, from another place that donates 25% to the Wounded Warriors project, but it was a little more than yours lol
Im not much of a braclet person either, but wear mine almost daily now.

lol ya ive tried a few other styles but most ppl like the cobra and its nice bc its less time consuming then the rest of them. From start to finish it takes me about 10 minutes or less to make one assuming im only using one color. If i have to join the colors it takes a little longer to get the precision of a clean and smooth joint.

ya, sounds great... so everyone should buy one so Josh can buy and send those free ones to the rest of ya. haha

most ppl i know say they arent bracelet ppl until they wear one of these and usually like them and if not it is still a great item to have when ur offroading, camping, etc where there is a potential for danger and this could come in handy.

Ya i should have put these up online sooner but i have just currently been making them for friends and family and everyone kept telling me to sell them since most of the ones sold online dont fit well and are not as customizable.

Put a small picture as a sample to what each colors look like. People have different perceptions of colors. Just my .02

The ones pictured are the single bc i do not personally like the double bc the thickness becomes about 1" thick. Youve got PM.

Difference in size of single and double, also pictured is a d-ring shackle...

So if you need rope to tie a tourniquet, your supposed to "easily" unwind this bracelet and use it while your gushing out blood? Im sorry I'm not trying to discredit it at all, I just don't understand it.

Or is it more for a fashion statement?

i wouldnt say its for when ur bleeding out... its more for a survival worst case scenario like if ur stuck out in the woods or your plane crash and you need strong rope for something such as fishing for food, tying together wood for a small shelter, climbing a small ledge or something of the notion.

Most ppl wont ever end up using it but it is nice to have in a worst case scenario. I know some ppl dont believe it it worth it and well i just make them to sell bc i know there are some who want them but dont know how to make them or dont want to and others just like the look of them as they have become popular.

probably a dumb question, but machine washable? i wear a sweat band on my wrist 24/7 and i dont see why not replacing it with something useful, but if it gets dirty... hmmm...

edit: also wondering... how long does it take to unwind one of these things? and how easy is it? come with instructions?

the only part that i would be weary about is putting it in the dryer is the integrity of wat would happen to the plastic buckle attached but if u wanted im sure u could put it in the washer and let it air dry avoiding the potential for the buckle to be melted under heat pressure (though i do not recommend it for the possibility of the buckle melting, i doubt it will). These ends of the cords are right against the edge of one side of the bracelet and take a bit of work initially to get them separated but one its separated it only take about 5 minutes or less to take it fully apart.

As of right now there are not any instructions of how to take it apart but it is fairly simple once u look at the bracelet in person but if u want i can also provide instructions for that.

RE: bracelets

I like your idea. You think of them as survival bracelets, but they can be more than that so don't limit yourself. 550 Paracord is universal. Nobody said it was going to patch that sucking chest wound. However I am sure it will secure that Christmas Tree on top of the 4runner, or a tarp. 550 Paracord, a D-Ring, and a bottle of water can become a counter weight system pretty quickly. I used that to make an anti-sand door while stationed in Sahl Sinjar. If you don't like wearing the bracelets keep them on the gear shift. Remember the Livestrong bracelets? I had one that supported my friends at Prince William County PD that was black and blue. I'd rather have one made of paracord than rubber. It stayed in my 4runner.

its more of a "fashion" thing. idk. ive worn one since i was in middle school... and now i feel naked without something on my wrist. i also wear a choker chain type dog collar everyday... just who i am.
