Not that anyone else besides Greg would care (or even get me for that matter), but I meant [MENTION=47340]Titanpat57[/MENTION] would have a lower center of gravity since he claims to have tree trunk legs :)

Nice! You are a fortunate dude. My wife will do basic hiking, but she won't join me for my big excursions. Here is Avalanche Peak in Yellowstone.

I'm training this one to love the outdoors, though.

Thanks. I had climbed Mt. St. Helens a couple years prior and the weather was perfect. Of course, the day I brought her, the weather sucked! We reached the summit and could not even see 20 feet. She vowed to never do it again, but amazingly she asked to do it again this year. We are going to tackle it again in June:guitar3:

She's 8 months. I bought an older Kelty kids backpack from a guy that rides MTB with me. I like it a lot better than the Kelty front carrier we have. She is getting heavy enough that the front carrier puts a lot of strain on my back now. This one is a little harder to get in and out of, but it feels great. It has an internal frame with the waist strap that distributes the load onto your hips.

Hopefully we can take a slight detour to the Tetons or something on our way back from California next year. The mountains out west are simply amazing.
 
New Proud Mama & Papa

We had our son, Jaxson Lee, this past Thursday night. (6#6oz, 19") We are very happy parents, as this is our first child, and everyone is doing well. :baby:

I think my T4R mods will be put on hold for awhile now! ;)
