I wanted to start off by saying thank you to all who give informative and positive feedback to those with questions. Sometimes even if that is a little flaming and then a link to a old wore out thread I do enjoy some humor. Back in 09 i bought a 2001 sr5 and found the 3rd gen forum helpful, it remained mostly stock but had a few upgrades like the 231mm TBU and a few other things done to it. After all of the buzz about the Trail editions in this section I then set my sights on one and ended up with a 2014 TEP without kdss. I just finished step one for my build with fox non res adjustable coilovers in the front for 2" lift and fox shocks in the back with 1"driver 3/4" passenger cornfed spacers. Budbuilt beefy bumpout full tread sliders and 275/70/17 bfg ko2s. Hopefully more to add in the future!

It feels like they are slightly firmer than stock but not bad at all and there is less nose dive. I decided on the fox setup over other for a couple of reasons 1) I didn't want to go past 2" on the front (and they come setup that way) because I didn't want to diff drop and have to change uca. 2) I wanted a linear instead of digressive valving like icon or bilstiens. 3) I couldn't find many people who had bad experiences with them. 4) They offer 2 different shock choices for the rear a 0-1" or a 2-3" lift.
