I don't have one I regret getting rid of... 92 Pontiac Sunbird -> 2000 Tacoma PreRunner base -> 2004 Tacoma PreRunner 4dr TRD -> 2000 Toyota 4Runner Sport 4WD

I regret not getting an 88 Toyota Celica 5Spd for my first car when I was 16... somehow I went from looking at a sporty car to getting a slow car (the Sunbird). That Celica was CLEAN... my grandparents didn't want me getting a 'fast' car though...Although my granddad rebuilt a 1970 Chevy step side with a new 350 for my older brother when he was 16.

3" lift spindles, two inch spacers, aftermarket upper arms, bilstien struts and 3" block in the rear with fox resis. The tires were 33s on 18s with 2" spacers all around. I had that truck for 5 years and it saw many different stages but that was my favorite by far.

I have really bad car luck. I have had 5 vehicles, so I have sold 4 and have not had any real accidents. I have loved all of them except one, and that is because it was a pain in the ass from the day I bought it. The one I regret getting rid of the most was my 98 Dodge Ram 1500. That is the only vehicle I have had that I did not need real repair (other than user error). The repairs I did do include spark plugs, ignition wires (melted from AZ sun) and a new cat. The plugs and the cat were because the bottom of the frame got stuck in 3 feet of water and mud for 4 hours. Good thing I took it into the shop though, because I found out the truck was only running on 7 cylinders since I bought it. What makes it worse is because my dad help pay for the truck and I couldn't pay him back, he traded it in on the cash for clunkers program so it got crushed.

I have regretted just about every car I have sold, but this one I think I miss the most.

93 Pickup, with about 170k miles. The body and frame were in amazing condition. I know I will be hard pressed to ever find one in this condition again!

It had a blown HG (22re), and I think some head damage. (Still drove and ran fine though ) I sold it so I could get a 3rd gen 4nr.. If I had only had the time and space to fix/store it

Honda XR 75, Yamaha DT 125

It was a Christmas present in 1978 for which I paid half, $200 of my earned dollars. Used. Excellent cond. Dad found it. I wanted a mini cycle for 3 years before I got this. Looked like this.
And a second hand Yamaha 125. Bought at age 17 from our Minister's son with summer job money. Worked in the beautiful cemetery cutting grass, trimming shrubs, and pulling weeds. I think I paid $625. Absolutely mint condition, better than new, had been broken in just right. Sold it a couple of years later for $500.
