Things I hate about my 4runner

well Ive had my 04 for a about 3 months now, heres a few things Im not happy with:
1) only one cig. lighter/power source up front. whats that about ?
2) full time 4wheel drive. would like to be able to switch from 2wd to 4wd.
3) that little storage thing under the radio. what waist of space.

1) I agree...it sucks but there is a mod that you can do to add another 12VDC

2) If you bought the V6 version, you would've had the option to change from 2WD to 4WD (Hi and Lo)

2) yea, but I really wanted the V8, Ive never had a V8 so I thought it would be fun, and it is, lol
3) im sure Ill end up using that space for something, like a few members here put a ext. speaker there, its killing me, that waisted space. lol

That's kind of funny because I think the Canada models have that feature. So it's obviously wired in but why we don't have it is beyond me.

ref #1 - The mod is the smoker's kit - adds a 12v socket and an ash tray that is pretty good for holding small items. $65 from any toyota dealer.

ref # 3 - I keep the reg and gas record tracking book there. Pretty handy.

The ONLY problem I have with my 05 V8 Sport is getting in it I have to about break my neck. I am only 5 ft 10 and I can't imagine being 6ft plus and getting in without smacking your head all the time. I have a 2000 Pre Runner and it is kind of the same way, maybe it is just Toyota's in general or I am too stiff LOL.

ok yea mines got that already, I dont smoke, so its used for my GPS now.
