Top hat crooked on coilover w/ Moog springs.... this OK??

Refreshing the suspension on my wife's 04 w/ 110k+. Have the Moog 81088 to go on Taco yellow Bilsteins.

The Moogs don't taper at the top like OEM do, and when assembled, the top hat is noticeably crooked. Is this OK? I mean obviously lots of people have these installed in their non-lifted 4Runners, but just looks like there will be so much more tension on one of the top hat nuts than the other two.

I know that the rubber will eventually compress and conform a little, but mainly looking for some reassurance. Thanks

You only have a rubber isolator between the coil and mount? That's what Im seeing.

Yes, that's all that came with the kit, what am I missing?

Was just making sure, part of picture was dark on my end..
I would back the nut a little(still leave threads showing) and remember how far tighten it was on the strut.. Install the setup. My thinking, tightening the 3 studs down and the weight of the ride will/should level/straighten the looks out.
Then retightn the strut nut back down.

I think you must be missing a piece. you are probably supposed to reuse a part from the old taco assembly. which, im guessing you don't have, because you went to new stuff, yes?

When I installed my 5100s and Coils a few weeks ago I used a tophat that was already used previously. Because of this, the rubber isolator was worn in from where the previous coil was perched. Therefore, it eliminated the lean you have. I don't think it's anything to worry about since I would expect the rubber to mold around the coil more as it settles.
