touchscreen dead again

Ive had 7 head units in my 2 4runners in 7 years. The lower left part of the touch screen goes dead. Ivspent many hours in the service waiting room and toyota only says its y cell phone interference/. BS.
But Ive decided to finally do something, first Im going to replace the touchscreen, digitizer, myself. If that doesnt work, a Pioneer unit from the local audio store.
Has anyone bought a digitizer on line? I have seen them on Amazon and theres a radio replacement store. Amazon's is a s low as $11. while the other is $159. any thoughts?
Also, they sell screens for JBL and also. Panasonic. How can I tell which one is inn my car. The das
h says JBL, but its been replace so many times.

Thats ridiculous.

I just spent two hours tring to fix two new rattles and pops. I had to put my car in drive with the e brake on, go to the passenger side and dig up under the dash and just rearrange everything to get one to go away. The other is my passenger window now pops real loud when shut on bumps. My interior is just falling apart. The factory was shit faced on saki shots at 4:55 Friday when they put my truck together. It has more problems than all of the new cars I’ve ever bought put together. Japan build quality for me is the worst I’ve ever witnessed.

2021. It’s so bad it just sounds like it’s coming apart inside. If we didnt have this car fiasco going on it would be so, so gone from my life. Right now it’s just an endless game of trying to fix problems. Biggest POS I’ve ever owned. I don’t get how this thing has lasted this long. It shouldn’t have made it past 2000.

I drive around with various interior panels laying in my seats where I’m currently battling noises from behind them. I’ll put them back and just tear down another one. Occasionally I actually just slam random places around the interior with my fist and sometimes it goes away. It’ll just start somewhere else. Worst build wuality of any car I’ve owned. Hard to believe people like these things. My wife thinks it’s because they put loud tires, exhaust, and stereos in and don’t care. Neither one of us want this car, but we’re stuck for now.

Might want to check your dates - 2021? Sounds like you're talking about a different non-5th gen model perhaps. And your problems have nothing to do with the OP's problem.

That sucks. You can trade it in and get a different truck. The dealer that you got it from should be making it right. The trade in values are pretty high.
