I've had them all over the years, and I can tell you that I will never run anything but Toyo on my various trucks. On my lifted GMC I always ran 35x12.50 Load Range E Toyo MTs, and through the thick n' thin they never let me down. I would run them for 30k or so, sell them on CL for about half of original cost, then get another fresh set. As long as you rotate correctly and are in proper alignment, the tread will remain deep and uniform after many, many miles of driving.
On my new 'Runner, I decided to try out 285/75 Toyo AT IIs again in the Load Range E. In the past couple of blizzards they have done nothing but impress!
FWIW, the Coopers are good tires but I've had bad experience with premature wear. The BFGs (both ATs and MTs) are nice when new, but you pay out the arse for the name and again the wear comes quick if you do much highway driving.
