This write-up is awesome - thanks! I've been staring at that stupid light for over a year.Kmvreter said:That's the same as my '04. You're good to go.

I bought my Rig used - the light stayed on. I checked all the tires including the spare and all were ok. Took it to the Dealership and they said whoever installed the new tires before I owned it messed some sensors up - they really didn't say which one or ones. I didn't want the expense of replacing those things - I check my pressure regularly anyway.Kmvreter said:I have it with a switch to run the winter non-sensor wheels. I'll just keep the switch on when and if the system gives me trouble in the future.
Do you know why you had the light on? Was it steady or blinking?

... Unfortunately, I can't really tell which wires to splice when everything looks like a RED X.
ok, now i am cornfused for some reason.
I plan on doing this in the next few days. I am no installing a rocker switch. Please verify that this is all i need to do.
1) cut the pink wire w/black stripe
2) find this stealth ground wire and "reground" it?
3) reinstall panel and call it a day.
