The glare is not bad on mine either. I was surprised at this too, having 32" on the roof rack and a BP. At night it really just gives your hood a soft but cool little glow.
But really you have to look for it because so much of the light is being directed outwards any reflection off the hood is minimal in my experience.

My plan is to do both using VisionX. The front bumper will get a 20" Dual stack Evo Prime in the narrow beam and then the roof most likely will get the 42" single stack Evo prime. Only problem is the price!!!! Think next years tax refund will get me started on the lighting.
