Trd pro lift question

It won't even let me get past putting my vehicle in since it says the tires don't go with the vehicle. Does anyone know if pepboys buys used tires?

I just selected the tire size and didn't enter my vehicle information. Also I selected local pick up as I am going to have my installation done at another installer that is cheaper and whom I trust more.

Ok so here is a comparison with the Toytec lift and 275/70/17 vs. 285/70/17. Hope this helps when it comes to deciding what size to get. I am finally happy with the setup. 285's is for sure the way to go. So far so good, no rubbing at full lock. I did a few 360's at full lock and no rubbing at all. I'll try it again another time with more load but for now, everything is good. Got an alignment and the tech said that the toe was a little in. He got everything back in alignment but couldn't print out the after results since someone jumped on the rack right after.

275's on top and 285's on bottom. Both pictures taken the same day just different location. Tried my best to maintain the same angle but the bottom pic is more square.

Stock trd pro suspension? Spidertrax wheel spacers? Can I see how far the 285/70/17 tires stick out? Got a photo?

Toytek lift kit, no spacers. This is the only other pic I got about an hour ago, now its too dark. Ill get a profile pic and post it up for you.

I was thinking about going with that same bumper. Was it easy to install? which winch did you end up going with?

Bumper is bad ass. Not for the novice installer. Requires a plasma cutter to cut off part of the bumper. Search for my build, I have more pics there. Link should be in my sig. I went with the warn Zeon 8S.

Great job on your rig! Looks great!
You are making my mind up as to what to add next.

I have the Toytec mild lift kit for the TRD pro coming in hopefully next week. I went with the lower rear lift SAW for 1-1/2" and the shortage of stock on that spring along with Sway Away moving their facilities delayed the shipping.

Still using the stock TRDP Front coil-overs? I know you posted that the Toytec 2" lift kit was put in but I was asking in terms of the bumper and winch adding weight to the front affecting the ride with the original Eibach TRD-tuned coil-spring up front?

Really? Is that the Southern Style Speed bumper? I installed mine, as have many others, without anything more than a wrench.

Yes it's the SSS Hybrid Bumper and it requires cutting part of the front bumper. I have pics in my build thread.

I think the rear springs in the kit are just fine. I don't see a reason to change them to something else unless you are trying to level better with the front.

I know this is not the right thread to post a my question but I didn't want to start a new one, but will I need to replace my trd suspension if I mount the sss from hybrid with a winch will the weight be ok for the stock trdpro suspension?

No, you will not need to replace the stock suspension just to install the hybrid bumper. Weight will be fine.

How much weight do I have left? Can I add a dual battery and air compressor? Thanks for the quick response

I still think you can add those things without compromising anything but if it were me, I would def upgrade the suspension. If you were replacing the entire bumper, then I would say 100% that you should upgrade the suspension. I'm sure others will chime in with what they think is best.
