Our best bet is gadgets urd supercharger. On a side note, check out his spec u exhaust. Debating on whether to pull the trigger on full 304 stainless jba's or wait for his spec u headers.

Sure. Gadget runs URD. Pioneered a lot of go fast goodies on the 3.4L third gen 4Runner and has since done a lot of work on the 1GR engine. Gadget is one of the gurus that we go to for performance solutions. His mods are Dyno proven.

Easy-peasy.

Buy a used Smart4Idiots. Find a Lexus whatever-its-called, and rear end it (so you don't damage the front), HARD. Enough to total it. Wait for it to show up at your local junk yard, then buy the V8. Drop that puppy in your 4Runner (with hood scoop of course), and yer done.

This is a recurring theme of course. There is no TRD supercharger as has been covered.

That said, we don't know how the factory ecu would handle moderate boost. There are a few supercharged IS350s around that are running around 5psi and making about 360hp with otherwise stock engines. There's no aftermarket support for them either. It's a significantly different system, but same base engine in some respects. And it's considerably higher compression, but with DI you can get away with a bit more. It's at least possible we could use a low boost turbo or sc with the stock system.

There are also a few limited examples of foreign market supercharger use on Prado 150s that I think are the same engine. For example:

So superchargers do exist for this engine, but we have very little information on them or availability at this time. Also it appears that the pistons are not adequate and you'll need to go through the bottom end with new rods and pistons. With stock internals the dyno results are claiming a jump from about 190rwhp to about 240rwhp. So a roughly 50hp gain - on par with the experiences with the 2GR in the IS350.

Since there are available internals to drop compression and stronger pistons, It is conceivable with enough $ you could do a turbo and gain maybe 100-150hp. But you're going to be well beyond $10k into the engine for power that's not much different from just buying a nice used Land Cruiser with a 5.7. And the 5.7 can be supercharged easier and make a LOT more power.

I probably can't do a URD Supercharger again because it's not CARB LEGAL, CA is getting more strict on smog...But I loved the power it produced on my Xrunner!

I must of missed it, is it the electric supercharger/tornado they sell on ebay and they put it in the intake? Or it must of been in the exhaust piping some where!

Lol a Hologram. On a serious note, I spoke to Steve at TRD and he said there is not a supercharger for the 2015 4Runner, and there is no plan for any future applications.
