looks good, but in your pole the duratrracs clearly won.... haha

hopefully them springs will settle a little more. its not bad, reminds me of a stock 4th gen with that rake haha, just a lot higher up :D

I know Duratracs won but I have heard they have some sidewall issues. Plus I will be airing down a bunch so AT were the way to go.
 
For an A/T tire I would say those are the best I was running 265/70/17 BFG A/T and they did great all around, especially in the snow that did awesome, with 3-5" of snow on the HWY I could still go 55-60 4wd of course and it wouldn't be jerking me around at all, but they were a little so small for me, looks great with your set up though
 
Went to get an alignment today and looks like my steering rack bushings our shot. I just ordered new bushings and extended break lines from Wheeler's Off-Road.

Also,while I was at it I ordered new End links for my rear sway bar from Wabfab

Duratracs only won because they are like the microsoft or the chrysler of the tire world...

they look decent and get you around ok, their users dont know any better cuz they dont realize you get what you pay for and their sidewall issues are like the BSOD, it hits you when you havent saved your stuff... :lmao: :naughty:

The Toyo Open Countries are like the Mac or the toyota of the tire world, quiet, dependable, a bit expensive but their owners know you get what you pay for and are generally a ton smarter in general! :bigok:

The BFGs I think would be your middle of the line, good price, good looks, just middle of the line I would say. not a bad choice at all.

pshhh ive had 2 sets of duratracs, in 2 different load ranges, and they are great. never heard of this side wall problem?

the crazy thing is that not only do they look BA... they are as quiet as my Procomp AT's

The other MT's that look really good are the BFG KM2, man, those look good too.
 
Testing the new sliders in Nor Cal

Well went on the trail this weekend. My mods really paid off. I now know why they call them rock sliders. Took a beating on the sliders and realize that I need some bud built skids ASAP.

Sorry I was solo and did not get any pics of the drive up.


We still have like 12 feet of snow up in Tahoe kinda of crazy.

I had another 3rd gen Ltd park next to me today. Only thing in this picture it makes it look like I have a ton of rake.
