Unbelievable!

After months of searching and negotiating, I finally found a 2011 TE in another region. It was delivered two days ago replacing my faithful 2002 3rd Gen with 205K mi. Needless to say, the last few days have been amazing. It's day 3 and, of course, I have errands to do that need the TE... hauling stuff to the dump, picking up the kids, etc. Just as we're about to head home, my wife comes up with one more. Need to get a gift card for a birthday party. Just as we're about to hop out, a big bump/thump. Lexus GX470 pulling in to the stall next to me has clipped/scraped the rear bumper and wheel well on the driver's side. Day 3... unbelievable!!! On top of it, it gave me flashbacks to three years ago when I was walking back to the old 2002 and someone did same exact thing to it.

Thank you for indulging. I had to share and get it out of my head since I couldn't vent like I wanted to in front of the kids.

Thanks. Luckily it's only cosmetic and just an inconvenience. That's what I get for taking a TE to the mall!

My parents bought a new Chevy Monte Carlo a few decades ago and stopped for gas on the way home. The guy towing the boat in line in front of them was angry because the attendant had misplaced his credit card. He jumped in his truck threw it in gear and stomped on the gas. Of course the gear he put it in was Reverse and the lower unit on the outboard put quite a dent in the front end of the brand new Monte Carlo with 7 miles on the odometer.

Sucks! I got a door ding the first time I had to park next to someone.... I usually park far away and walk and this time I had to go to the mall..in and out in less then 5 mins but their was no parking ....u had to wait for a spot so I parked for 5 mins .. Ding . Lady that parked next to me. Wtf. People need to learn to drive and give a sh*t! :flamethrwoer2:
