My experience with Gadget/URD via e-mail has been rather poor since about 2011... Highly recommend calling URD and addressing the issue over the phone.
Hope he's able to get you straightened out.

I only have the pinouts for the 2000 California and 2000 Federal Emission models, sorry.

Could you perhaps upload those? If they're the same as the 2002 Tacoma I uploaded (which is the same as the 2004 Tacoma I also found..) they could possibly all be the same past say 1999?

I will, but want to caution people that these wiring diagrams are very model-specific. 96-98s are generally different from 99-00, and 01-02 are different yet. Then there are California emission vs Federal.

Well theoretically he could use your pinout to get the function codes, then cross reference the FSM for a 2002 to get his correct wire colors to tap into...
Let me see if I can find that for him...

If I were you, I would follow the install instructions for the 2002 Tacoma. Of course I am not
Cross-referencing those instructions to the wiring diagram of a 2002 4Runner, the wires providing the function outlined in the instructions are the exact same... Color, pin location, everything.

The only difference is the color of the wire for AF1+. Tacoma says purple, 4Runner says white. Location is the same, however.

Looking for a diagram for my 1997. If anyone could provide, I would be eternally grateful; my 4runner is in the shop and I'm not sure how soon URD will get back to me.

Any chance this diagram would have changed since this was posted in 2014? I wouldn't imagine so, but I know I've ready the URD has made changes to things along the way.
Any chance anyone can confirm this with their recent purchase of the 7th injector kit for a 2002? ...they forgot to send it with mine and I would rather not wait until sometime next week for URD to get back to me.

Confirmed. Just used this the other day. I would highly recommend getting in touch with URD however. Apparently they now have a harness so you don’t need to cut into your ECU.

THANKS!! I was actually just told about this tonight on a FB group! The guy didn't know if it was the Type C or Type D harness though. I don't really understand how it works just by looking at it, but looks labor intensive. I don't mind the extra work if I can keep my stock harness untouched though. So it seems that I will have to wait a few more days anyway.
Here's the link to the harness, again, not sure if it's this one or the Type D one, but I'll follow up once I get a hold of URD.
