URD screwed my mood....and pics of my 4Runner build @!@

I ordered my 7th injector kit form URD 2 weeks ago, found out they shipped the wrong computer to me(they put 6 injector one). Contacted them, they are in SEMA show the whole week, and will not help me until this week. Called today, they will not ship the correct one until received my return!! I'm totally P@@@ed. That's a lot of time wasted!!!!!!

Now starts the happy part of my story..

I wasn't a TOYOTA or Japanese car guy, but i am now.
My first date with 4Runner was actually not a good one. A 4Runner rear-ended me in Las Vegas.

Rock sliders!! They are the most inexpensive but important stuff.

3M rubberized undercoating will do the job!

When you have an ARB bumper, you know you are well protected. It changes your mind!

Yes, you do need to cut/hammer off the end plate. The bumper is for Tacoma.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you can't fix it..

This is how I ROLL!! The reason is that cheap tire. That tire pop off the rim and so I ROLLed...:humble: It was fun!! You will never forgot that!
At that time, truck was not lifted, tire not changed.

This is the cheap tire I'm talking about..

Tires are important, I learned that the hard way. Those are Cooper Discovery ATPs. They are not expensive, yet very useful, get the job done. 285 75 R16

Since mine is a 5 speed, as long as you put 2 step colder spark plugs and put 91 or 93 octane in the tank, and don't go stupid, you can think about URD 7th injector kit later. That what I did.

I also have the truck lifted. OME all over, simple, effective and cheap.

Magnaflow 12256 Satin Stainless Steel 2.5" Oval Muffler
This one is the 14 inch, I like it a lot, actually you can feel the engine rev more lively.

You can go with 18 inch to make it more quite, but why? 12 inch is way too loud, I love it but you really need to care about others, and watch for cops...

Oh, by the way, this is how I mount my radio.
It's a Yaesu 2900. Very cheap, solid 75w, no cooling fan !!!
That's all you need for offroad.
Of course, get your licenses!!!!

The rear bumper is from chi off road. Not cheap, but quality built, worth every penny! order yours now, it does take 4 weeks to arrive at your door step.

I painted mine using the 3M rubberized undercoat. 9 cans..

The jerry cans are the current military one, without the marking of "us government property" you can get them at ebay for around $100.

I know you are disappointed but they are going to make good on the mistake. Of course they won't ship the new one until they get the first one. I bet if you ask nicely they'll express ship the new one. Everyone makes mistakes. How a vendor or employee or whoever handles the mistake is when you learn about their integrity. They're being forthright instead of making excuses. When they're done with SEMA they'll be able to take care of you. Not lecturing, just pointing out that while you're entitled to feel however you feel about the situation, I wouldn't be pissed at URD. Simple human error which is easily corrected.

Did I tell you I cut two big hold on my hood? The supercharger generate way too much heat. My clutch master clinker one time gets overheated and could not let me get into gears...

This is the URD 2.2inch smaller pulley. The OEM one is a 2.37 inch...

There goes the Tundra brake conversion. Make sure you have the 13WL calipers. You do need to trim the dust plate a little bit, the rest is just bolt on....HUGE difference I would say..

The disk is in same diameter, but much thicker.

You might have some clearance issues with some of the rims. But if you are running with spacers, you are fine.
