USB not working ??

Hi, just picked up a 2010 LTD and when I plug the USB in, I get nothing.

The USB is greyed out on the screen.

I tried pressing AUX, but nothing.

Do I need a different formatting or something else ??

Do you have a USB drive that lights up when plugged in? This might help in the sense that it will let you know if power is making it to the USB drive.

I had NTFS, reformatted to FAT32 and it works.
