Want to Buy '06 Owners Manual & Jack

Somehow my 4Runner didn't come with either of these items. Shame on me for not checking beforehand. I should probably go back and make sure there's a motor under that hood.

Lolling for a paper manual and the jack and requisite tools necessary for lowering the spare tire. Will pay shipping to central Texas.

Yikes, for a bottle jack? These are brand new on Amazon for less than $15. Was hoping I'd find someone who was parting out their T4R and could sell me everything at once at a good price.

Foremost thing I need is the jack tools so I can lower the spare. Anyone?

Found another thread mentioning a 24" socket extension could be substituted for the tire tool, so I'm good there. Still looking for the other tools and jack if available.
